Tony Khan Is Optimistic AEW Can Promote 'The Iron Claw'

"The Iron Claw," a film about the Von Erich family and tragedy, will hit theaters on December 22. The film stars AEW World Champion MJF, who also served as an executive producer.

While the film was produced and distributed by A24 and not AEW partner Warner Bros. Discovery, Tony Khan hopes that AEW can promote the film in some way.

"With 'The Iron Claw,' yes, I do think there is a great opportunity for us to promote 'The Iron Claw' and I'm optimistic that we can. It's very cool that we'll also be going to Dallas along the way, which is pretty neat and means a lot to me. It's something we do every December and great timing with the release of 'The Iron Claw,'" he said on the AEW Full Gear media call when asked if AEW might be able to promote the film.

AEW will be in Texas for multiple dates in December, including San Antonio, Texas on December 23, one day after the film is released.
