Tony Khan Says Adam Cole's Status For AEW WrestleDream Will Be Addressed On 9/27 AEW Dynamite

Tony Khan comments on Adam Cole's status coming out of AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam.

Despite helping his brochacho, Maxwell Jacob Friedman, retain the AEW World Title against Samoa Joe, Adam Cole left AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam appearing to be injured as he had a slight limp for the rest of the evening after jumping off the ramp to get to ringside.

Adam Cole's status for the October 1 AEW WrestleDream will be addressed on the September 27 episode of AEW Dynamite, as stated by Tony Khan on a media call prior to the upcoming pay-per-view.

"The Righteous match, as of now, that is still slotted for the event. Adam Cole, he was a little bit ginger on that leg, I think people saw. We’ll address that on Dynamite. Very excited for tomorrow’s Dynamite. It should be a great show and we’ll address Adam Cole and everything happening at WrestleDream on Dynamite," said Tony.

Cole and MJF are expected to appear on September 27 and address The Righteous. Here is the current lineup for Wednesday's AEW Dynamite:
