Tony Khan Says Cesaro Joining AEW Is Always Something He Would Be Open To

Tony Khan shares his thought on Cesaro.

On February 24, it was reported that Cesaro's contract with WWE had expired as the two sides could not come to terms on a new contract. As a result, there is no 90-day non-compete clause, making Cesaro a free agent.

During his AEW Revolution media call, Tony Khan was asked about the former WWE Superstar and the potential of him one day appearing on AEW programming.

"I do like him a lot and I have to say, I met him many years ago and he's a real gentleman. I have a ton of respect for him as a pro wrestling and think he's a great athlete, a phenomenal athlete. His strength's tip-top, very few peers in the power department. Also, mentally, he puts great matches together, has great psychology. Just a great guy. It's always something I would be open to," Khan said.

Eddie Kingston recently took to Twitter to say that Cesaro doesn't have the balls to come to AEW. You can find his full comments here.
