Tony Khan boots up social media to fire some shots.
The AEW CEO took to Twitter on Tuesday, January 9 to send out two tweets. In the first tweet, Khan took aim at the controversial segment that aired on the January 6 episode of AEW Collision, which featured HOOK challenging Samoa Joe to a future AEW World Championship bout. Khan noted that there is a double standard online, as he accused fans of not criticizing WWE for booking Jinder Mahal against Seth Rollins in a World Heavyweight Championship match on the January 15 episode of Raw.

Jinder has literally lost every single match he's in for the past year, immediately gets title shot, where is the rage#AEWDynamite TOMORROW on TBS
Khan then responded to the USA Network account, who recently took a playful jab at Khan by making a reference to Cagematch.
What was the cagematch rating?

Khan said that the USA Network really put AEW in their place by getting Jinder Mahal in a big match on their television show. Khan also once again noted that Jinder Mahal hasn't won a match in nearly a full year.
A moral victory for USA is one win more than their World Title challenger Jinder Mahal has in the past 364 days... because it's been literally a full year since he won a match.
