Tony Khan states that more details about AEW TV are coming soon.
All Elite Wrestling has wrapped up their third show under the company banner and are now on the road to All Out in Hoffman Estates, Illinois that will be headlined by Chris Jericho versus Adam "Hangman" Page for the vacant AEW World Championship. Following AEW's Fight For The Fallen show in Jacksonville, members of the roster and company officials spoke with the media including AEW President Tony Khan.
Tony Khan chatted with the media for nearly 30 minutes and during the scrum, Khan was asked about details concerning AEW television on TNT in October, specifically touring dates and venues. Khan responded by saying that more details about AEW TV will emerge before All Out on August 31. While giving his response, he also confirmed that Shawn Spears versus Cody Rhodes is set for All Out.
“It won’t be that long. It’s coming. It’s coming and we’re working on it. There will definitely be an announcement soon and I would say before -- we’ve got a lot to do before All Out, but we’ve also got some time before All Out to build some stories -- build up the Chris Jericho/Hangman title match, build up Kenny Omega versus Jon Moxley and build up Cody Rhodes versus Shawn Spears and build up more of the big matches that we have planned. So I think, I would say, well before All Out and I can’t give an exact date but certainly, it’ll be before All Out but we’re really focusing on getting to All Out and along the way, I’ll definitely have more information.” He said.
