Tony Khan said AEW endured a challenging week.
Ahead of the February 21 episode of AEW Dynamite, Tony Khan took to Twitter/X to note that the past week had been one of the most hectic weeks for injuries and unexpected availability that he could recall, especially since the pandemic era.

In another post, Khan said that Trent Beretta had been sent home to rest, as he was pulled from the show by the doctors after the Undisputed Kingdom attacked him on the February 14 episode of AEW Dynamite.
After the attack last Wednesday during the Texas Death Match, as @trentylocks took steel chairs from the Kingdom + the knee to the head from @roderickstrong, Trent has been pulled by @AEW docs from #AEWDynamite and sent home to rest.@OrangeCassidy is being evaluated by docs now
