Konosuke Takeshita scores the win in his CMLL debut.
At the CMLL "Viernes Espectacular" event on February 28th, Konosuke Takeshita made his CMLL debut and defended the NEVER Openweight Championship against Angel de Oro. Rocky Romero was in Takeshita's corner, while Angel de Oro was in Angel's corner.
Takeshita and Angel de Oro battled it out in a hard-fought match, and Angel started bleeding from his hand. In the end, Takeshita scored the win with a high knee and a Raging Fire.

After the bell, Angel de Oro hugged Takeshita and thanked him for the match. He welcomed Takeshita to return to Arena Mexico any time, and Takeshita hugged him.
