It’s Starrcade season, meaning there’s only one voice that can run down the card.
Tony Schiavone took part in a video released by his podcast What Happened When where, in the famed WCW Control Center, ran down the card for the first Starrcade event in seventeen years. Schiavone was a part of multiple Starrcade events throughout the years, being part of the first one back in 1983 all the way to 2000, where he called the last Starrcade show under the WCW banner. The card, a Smackdown brand event, features the Rock and Roll Express returning to a WWE ring for the first time since 1998 vs. Gallows and Anderson, Breezango vs. Aiden English and Mike Kanellis, The Usos vs. The New Day, AJ Styles vs. Rusev vs. Baron Corbin. Two steel cage bouts highlight the card, as Charlotte Flair takes on Natalya for the Smackdown Women’s title and Jinder Mahal will defend the WWE title against Shinsuke Nakamura. Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens will also appear on the card.
There will also be appearances by The Hardyz and Ricky The Dragon Steamboat.
Starrcade will take place on November 25 at the Greensboro Coliseum, the birthplace of the event.
