Triple H congratulates Trick Williams.
Trick Williams won the NXT Championship for the first time by defeating Ilja Dragunov in the main event of NXT Spring Breakin' Week One.
WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H then took to Twitter/X and congratulated Williams on a hard-fought match and a well-deserved victory. He called Dragunov one of NXT's toughest and stated that the era of Trick Williams was looking bright.

Williams has quickly climbed up the ladder in NXT in recent months. He had a brief reign as the NXT North American Champion, and he reached the next level by beating Carmelo Hayes in the main event of NXT Stand & Deliver. Williams then defeated Hayes in a Steel Cage Match on the April 16 episode of NXT.
