TikTok user danielledesma410 posted multiple videos of Triple H, Vince McMahon, and other executives touring the new WWE Headquarters in Stamford.
On September 8, WWE announced Triple H underwent a successful procedure the previous week following a cardiac event. The episode was caused by a genetic heart issue and he expected to make a full recovery.

WWE is set to move its Headquarters to a new location in the final quarter of 2022. The move was originally announced in March 2019, but the pandemic delayed things.
In Triple H's absence, Shawn Michaels has been running NXT. Triple H posted on September 21 that he was doing well while recovering.
