Triple H Says NXT And Developmental Have Worked For WWE

Triple H says most wrestlers in WWE have gone through the developmental system.

For a long time, WWE has had a developmental system to teach wrestlers how to do their job in the style WWE prefers. But with the addition of the WWE Performance Center and the focus on NXT, more wrestlers than ever on the main roster have came from the WWE developmental program. In an interview with the CBS Sports podcast In This Corner, Triple H discussed the impact that the program has had on Wrestlemania 34.

"I think it speaks volumes to the system. I think it speaks volumes that it worked, that it's still working, and I obviously want to improve it and become better and better. Pretty much every match on the card at Wrestlemania with the exception of maybe one, talent have come through the performance center, a lot of them have gone through NXT," said Triple H. "Eighty percent of everyone on the main roster came out of this system," he added

Fightful Wrestling will have live coverage and a recapping podcast for Wrestlemania 34.

Triple H also discussed the changes coming to 205 Live as a brand during the interview and that full interview can be heard at CBSSports.com
