Hey, it's nice that everyone has something positive to say about one of Wrestle Kingdom 12's big events, right?
CBS Sports recently talked to Triple H about Chris Jericho wrestling Kenny Omega at Wrestle Kingdom 12 on January 4. He thinks that it's great the whole thing is going down.
"I think it's great. Good for Chris" Triple H said. "It's phenomenal. Good for Kenny, good for New Japan. We were aware. That was a conversation that was had."
Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega have been hyping their feud over the last week, with Chris Jericho jumping Kenny Omega at the end of the World Tag League, then Omega returning the favor the next night at a Wrestle Kingdom press conference. For Triple H, he says that at the end of the day, wrestling is all about the good product that's going on around the world, so he's happy for both of them.
"It's great, it's good for him" he added. "Chris is one of the greatest talents in the history of the business, so I think it's great. Good product is good product. I'm happy for them, happy for Chris and happy for everybody."
Chris Jericho has repeatedly said since the shock return to New Japan that this is a one time only deal and still considers WWE his home.
