Two More Competitors Advance In AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament On 11/11 AEW Rampage

The field continues to thin out in the AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament.

The competition continued with two first-round matches on the November 11 episode of AEW Dynamite. First, former FTW Champion Brian Cage battled Dante Martin in a classic battle of power and speed. Martin had Cage on his toes, but in the end, Cage scored the victory with the Weapon X.

Cage will face the winner of the tournament match between Ricky Starks and Lance Archer, which was postponed to next week.

Later in the show, RUSH faced Bandido in a match between former ROH World Champions. RUSH took the fight to Bandido before the bell rang and dominated the opening minutes of the match. Bandido rallied and fought valiantly, but RUSH fired back with a dropkick that rocked the former champion. The two stars threw everything they had at each other, determined to advance in the tournament. In the closing moments, Jose the Assistant tried to interfere, but John Silver took him out. With the distraction, Bandido rolled up RUSH for the win. As a result, he will face Ethan Page in the next round.

The tournament kicked off with a first-round bout between Page and Eddie Kingston on the November 9 episode of AEW Dynamite, and Page emerged victorious.
