The Undertaker Reflects On "The Brock Laugh" At SummerSlam 2015

The Undertaker reflects on laughing with Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2015.

At SummerSlam 2015, Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker faced off in a WrestleMania 30 rematch and was their first bout following Lesnar breaking The Deadman's undefeated streak at WrestleMania.

At one point in the match, both men were laid out, with Brock sitting up, mocking and laughing at The Undertaker. However, Taker would sit up as well, laughing back at Lesnar.

During a recent interview with Chris Van Vliet, Undertaker reflected on the moment, noting he couldn't have done it earlier in his career.

“That was Brock. So we talked a little bit about that match and he ran it by me but I don’t think I was paying enough attention to what he really wanted to do. So when he did it, I was almost taken aback a little bit like what the freaking hell are you laughing at that? And then it kind of dawned on me what he was doing. Then I laugh back at him and it’s yeah, it’s become kind of an iconic deal but yeah, if I’d have been paying close enough attention I’d probably go Yeah, I don’t know if I want to do that. But the way it worked, it worked out worked out fine. Fortunately, too it was at the tail end of my career and not in the middle or the front end of it because that surely wouldn’t happen then. But I think for the time period, it worked out okay.”

The Undertaker would go on to win the match, but not without controversy as he would tap out to Lesnar's Kimura lock without the referee seeing.
