Since undergoing neck surgery during the latter half of 2016, there has been a lot of speculation regarding the status of WWE Superstar Paige and her potential return to the ring.
According to a report from PWInsider, fans should expect to see her later rather than sooner.
The report states that Paige's health status is "touch and go", and the company wants to let her neck heal more before having her taking bumps of any sort. Because of this, the report claims that her return is much more likely to happen during the summer as opposed to any time in the immediate future. That means no Royal Rumble and no WrestleMania for the two-time Divas champion.
Paige was recently backstage at Monday Night Raw for a meeting with WWE brass regarding the status of her health.
Aside from her neck injury, Paige has been in the headlines due to being suspended twice for violating the WWE's talent wellness policy. The most recent suspension was handed out in October and ended towards the middle of December, making her eligible to return should she be healthy.
Fans who miss Paige appearing on TV don't have to worry too much, however, as she has a prominent part on this season of Total Divas on E!.
