Valhalla talks about Michael Cole's impact on the Viking Raiders' act and calls Cole an asset like no other.
Michael Cole has been the voice of WWE for well over two decades. Since going back over to Monday Night Raw, Cole has added his own unique flare to WWE's longest-running episodic television show. When the Viking Raiders were healthy and on the show, Cole would be very animated about one particular aspect of their act. This, of course, is referring to the antlers that Valhalla would wear to the ring.
Speaking with WrestleRant's Graham Matthews, Valhalla praised Michael Cole for what he's added to their act and said that she's forever grateful for him.
"Our characters are so over the top. It is a fine line that we skate, being taken seriously or -- it is a very fine line. It's something that we constantly are like, 'Should we say this? Should we do this? Is this going to be weird? Is it going to be construed as funny?' Sometimes funny is fine, but sometimes we're trying not to do that," she explained. "So, Michael Cole is an asset to have in your corner. He's the voice of Raw. He speaks for what the crowd's doing. He says what everyone's thinking. It's invaluable to have him in your corner and he's added so much to our stuff to where one of the most overt things we've done was illustrated by him. So I will forever be grateful for that and we hope that we stay in his good graces."
The overt moment Valhalla is referring to is when she puts her antlers on Michael Cole's head. Fans can read her comments on that moment at this link.
Unfortunately for Valhalla, both Ivar and Erik are currently out with an injury. Fortunately for Valhalla and Erik of the Viking Raiders, she's currently pregnant with the couple's second child. Learn more about that here.
