Stephanie McMahon was subject to many humiliating lines on television as one of the top heels in WWE during the McMahon-Helmsley era.
Stephanie worked closely on-screen with her father Vince McMahon, aligning with him and going against him depending on what the story called for.
On "Mr. McMahon," Vince confirmed he had an idea for him and his daughter to get very close.
First, Stephanie was asked if she ever rejected any ideas pitched for her.
"Yes. There were a couple. I'm not going to tell the one," she said.
Vince told.
"One of my storyline ideas was that Stephanie gets pregnant. I think...I was the one who impregnated her. My character. I think it was something like that. It was like, 'No.' That one didn't make it," he said.
Elsewhere during the documentary, Stephanie said that she thought some of the ideas were a little weird, but that it was a different time.
Janel Grant, a former WWE employee, filed a lawsuit in January against Vince McMahon, WWE, and John Laurinaitis. The lawsuit accuses McMahon of sexual assault and sex trafficking. On May 30, Grant agreed to pause the lawsuit for six months while the federal investigation continued against McMahon, who resigned from TKO/WWE following the lawsuit being filed.
