Von Wagner On Loss On 1/30 WWE NXT: It's Not Always How It Starts, It's How It Finishes

Von Wagner had a positive attitude in the aftermath of his loss on WWE NXT.

On the January 30 episode of WWE NXT, Noam Dar defeated Von Wagner to retain the NXT Heritage Cup. Dar's Meta-Four stablemates got involved during the bout and helped Dar score the win. After the match, Wagner slammed Oro Mensah through the broadcast table.

In a WWE NXT Exclusive, Von Wagner was asked to share his thoughts following his loss.

"I’ve been training my whole life for this, but I’ll tell you what. It’s not always how it starts, it’s how it finishes," Wagner said.

Wagner then celebrated with Mr. Stone and his kids, who were in the crowd for the match. Stone was asked to describe what it was like to have his sons there for the show. He emphasized that it was great to watch Wagner table someone in front of his kids.

"I’ll tell you this. It’s one thing to watch Von put somebody through a table, but it is another thing to watch Von put somebody through a table when Cash and Carter are watching. It was an awesome night, guys. I say we get out of here and we go put somebody else through a table," Stone said.

Stone and his kids then left, and he told them not to actually put anyone through a table.
