Will Ospreay was successful in his first match as a contracted AEW wrestler.
Will Ospreay defeated Konosuke Takeshita in a highly competitive matchup at AEW Revolution. The match saw both members of the Don Callis family strike each other with great intensity. The end of the match would come when Ospreay was able to finally connect with the Hidden Blade on Takeshita.
Throughout the match, Callis was on commentary but refrained from getting involved in the action, something Excalibur complimented.
