Will Ospreay says he would like to face off with Adam Copeland in a dream match.
Since signing with AEW late last year, Will Ospreay has taken on all forms of opponents from the likes of Konosuke Takeshita to the current AEW World Champion Bryan Danielson. However, there are still dream matches to be had in Ospreay's mind.
While speaking to Bleacher Report's Chris Mueller in a new interview, Will was asked about possible dream matches for him in AEW, with Adam Copeland being the first name to come to mind.
"Adam Copeland is a big one, prior to his injury, he was performing at a level I've never seen him perform at. He fits in with what the AEW style is. To have him around as a real good coach backstage as well, he's helped out so many of us with advice. I really do like his presence and I really do think his heart is in AEW. I want to test him as much as I want him to test me."
On an episode of AEW Dynamite earlier this year, Copeland and Ospreay shared a moment of respect and a handshake.
Copeland recently commented that a match with Ospreay would be 'so much fun'. You can read more about that here.
Ospreay has previously stated that he hopes to 'pull a Copeland' and wrestle until he's 50. You can read more about that here.
