As part of the House Rules stipulation, Willow chose to have Skye Blue and Kris Statlander banned from ringside.

This marks the first reign as AEW TBS Champion for Willow Nightingale. Julia held the title for 156 days after winning it at AEW Full Gear 2023. She made seven successful title defenses.
