WWE makes an exception for Destiny Wrestling.
Days after it was reported that NXT UK talent could no longer appear at non-WWE partnered events, Destiny Wrestling announced that WWE made an exception for their Fifth Anniversary event in January.

Destiny Wrestling clarified that the show will not be part of a streaming service, which helps explain why Dunne and Bate are able to appear.

As previously reported, NXT UK talent can continue to work for WWE partnered promotions and select non-partnered promotions, but they cannot face anyone currently working for a major company (ROH, NJPW, IMPACT, RevPro, etc) and the matches cannot be filmed for distribution.
