WWE Backstage 4/7 Viewership Up From Last Week

WWE Backstage's viewership continues to go up. 

According to Showbuzz Daily, the April 7 episode of WWE Backstage averaged 140,000 viewers and drew a 0.04 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which ranked 136th among original cable telecasts for the day. This is up from the March 31 episode that did 134,000 viewers and a 0.04 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

The show aired from remote locations as a result of Fox Sports closing down its studios due to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak. WWE has also been affected by the coronavirus outbreak, with Raw, SmackDown and even WrestleMania 36 to the WWE Performance Center. 

Prior to Backstage this week, WWE aired replays of three different episodes of WWE 24 documentaries. The 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. showings each averaged 232,000 viewers and a 0.07 rating in the 18-49 demographic. The 10 p.m. showing averaged 183,000 viewers and drew a 0.05 rating in the 18-49 demographic.

WWE Backstage airs every Tuesday at 11 p.m. ET on Fox Sports 1.
