WWE Files To Trademark 'Tough Enough'

WWE has filed for a new trademark.

On November 30, 2021, WWE submitted an application with the USPTO to trademark 'Tough Enough' for merchandising purposes.

Tough Enough was a reality series in which contestants underwent professional wrestling training all in the hopes of winning a contract with WWE. The first season aired in 2001. The sixth and final season aired in the summer of 2015.

Some of the notable contestants over the years include The Miz, Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville, John Morrison, Maven, and Chelsea Green.

Mark For: TOUGH ENOUGH trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of clothing, namely, tops, shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, hoodies; outerwear, namely, coats; bottoms, pants, shorts, underwear, dresses, pajamas, lingerie, clothing ties, scarves, gloves, swimwear; Halloween and masquerade costumes; footwear, namely, shoes, sneakers, slippers, flip flops, boots; headwear, namely, hats, caps; wrist bands; bandanas; championship trophy belts.
