WWE is looking for candidates to head two of their divisions.
This year's consistent hiring continues as WWE posted more jobs to the website Workday. In the last batch of employment opportunities, WWE posted several intern position. This time WWE advertised two positions which will be in charge of their departments. They are looking for a Director of both Global Strategy and Community Relations.
WWE said the Director of Community Relations would be in charge of enhancing "WWE’s corporate reputation and brand image" by continuing and promoting the philanthropy done by WWE. The posting listed Connor's Cure, Be A STAR, Make-a-Wish, and more as partnerships the director would have to maintain. WWE also said the director would be in charge of creating new partnerships, incorporating WWE wrestlers into the charities, and promoting the activities on all forms of media.
WWE described the Director of Global Strategy as "a unique position" which will "explore, develop, and recommend approaches for driving growth." A Master's Degree was listed as a requirement and the listing said this position may involve international travel. Developing how WWE attracts viewers around the world was a theme in this posting. Digital Media and the WWE Network were mentioned in the post.
WWE also listed a Writer's assistant position yesterday.
