The ongoing saga between WWE and Paige continues.
Paige and her family both criticized WWE this week, after the former Divas Champion was suspended for the second time in three months for a violation of the WWE's Wellness Policy. Paige, her brothers, her parents, and recently released WWE star Alberto Del Rio all commented on the matter.
Paige speculated that her doctor's note and prescription was against company policy. Her parents and brothers noted that she was using painkillers to help with a neck injury, which will require surgery.
WWE has issued a statement, which can be read below,
"Saraya-Jade Bevis tested positive for an illegal substance, not a prescription drug. In addition, WWE is providing world-class medical care for her in-ring injury."
Paige's suspension will be up in early December.
