WWE Madison Square Garden Live Event Rescheduled To June

WWE was set to hold a live event on Mar. 22 from Madison Square Garden. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the live event had to be canceled. New York banned gatherings of over 50 people and has shutdown MSG for the time being.

The live event at MSG has now been moved to June 27.

From MSG:

"The WWE live event scheduled for this Sunday, March 22 at Madison Square Garden has been postponed and rescheduled for Saturday, June 27. All original tickets will be honored for that event."

According to PWInsider, WWE had locked in the June date before the coronavirus pandemic happened.

The Mar. 22 live event from Madison Square Garden was set to feature a D-Generation X reunion with Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and Road Dogg, an NXT Women's Title bout pitting Rhea Ripley against Bianca Belair, and a WWE Women's Tag Team Title bout with The Kabuki Warriors defending against Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair.
