WWE Mixed Match Challenge Winners To Get #30 Spots In Royal Rumble, Paid Vacation

WWE is adding stakes to the Mixed Match Challenge, but we won't see them until 2019.

The company confirmed on Monday that the winners of the mixed tag team round robin tournament would get #30 spots in their respective Royal Rumble matches. In addition, the winners were also announced to receive a vacation with all expenses paid to anywhere in the world -- a rare opportunity to have your hotel and travel expenses paid by WWE.

The finals of the WWE Mixed Match Challenge tournament are set to take place on December 16 at the San Jose, California pay-per-view, WWE TLC.

As things stand four teams are undefeated at 3-0, Charlotte & AJ Styles, Braun Strowman & Ember Moon, Bobby Lashley & Mickie James, and The Miz & Asuka. Meanwhile Jinder Mahal & Alicia Fox, Rusev & Lana, R-Truth & Carmella, and Bobby Roode & Natalya are all winless at 0-3. Jimmy Uso & Naomi, as well as Finn Balor & Bayley are 2-2. Two of those teams will sustain their first losses as the undefeated teams will square off Tuesday.
