The NXT star faced one of the top stars from the NXT black and gold era and later NXT 2.0 era, Ash By Elegance, formerly known as Dana Brooke. Ash defeated Reece and later tried to give her a makeover when she was saved by Xia Brookside, Ash's long-time rival.
