Jey Uso yeeted all over the Royal Rumble match.
The match came down to Roman Reigns, John Cena, Seth Rollins, Logan Paul, CM Punk, and Jey Uso. Reigns and Rollins battled back and forth, and Punk eliminated them both. Paul then eliminated Punk. Punk and Rollins then brawled at ringside, and Rollins got in Heyman's face. Rollins hit Reigns with a Stomp onto the stairs. He continued to brawl with Punk.

Cena, Paul, and Uso were left as the final three. Paul and Uso traded blows. Cena rallied and clotheslined Paul over the ropes to eliminate him. Cena and Uso battled back and forth. Uso countered the Attitude Adjustment and dropped Cena with a Spear. Cena and Uso clashed on the apron, and in the end, Uso eliminated Cena to win the match. In doing so, he won his first Royal Rumble match and earned a title shot of his choosing at WWE WrestleMania 41.

Cena got back in the ring and hugged Uso after the match. He then raised Uso's hand, and Uso continued to celebrate.
Uso entered the match at #20 and lasted until the end.
