WWE's annual Extreme Rules pay-per-view is returning to Pennsylvania for the second year in a row.
WWE's pay-per-view schedule for 2019 is coming to the light as earlier this month it was announced that the Money In The Bank pay-per-view is going to take place on May 19th in Hartford, Connecticut. The Wells Fargo Center Twitter page has pushed out a notification that WWE's Extreme Rules pay-per-view is coming to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on July 14th.

As mentioned in the tweet, tickets for Extreme Rules go on sale March 29th. WWE's next pay-per-view is WrestleMania 35 which is three weeks away and here is the updated match card for the 35th anniversary of the "Show Of Shows":
