Adam Cole Debuts, ReDRagon Reforms At NXT Takeover: Brooklyn

It didn't take long for former ROH mainstays Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish to reunite in NXT. Old friend Adam Cole wasn't far behind.

The duo, known collectively as reDRagon, reformed at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III.  They would attack new NXT Tag Team Champions Sanity shortly after their title victory over  Authors of Pain. Following the assault, O'Reilly and Fish held the championships above their heads.

reDRagon have been wildly successful outside of WWE. O'Reilly is a former ROH World Champion on his own, while Fish was a ROH TV Champion. Together, they are two time IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions, three-time ROH World Tag Team Champions, and they won the 2014 ROH Tag Wars Tournament as well as that year's NJPW Super Junior Tag Team Tournament.

Later in the evening, Adam Cole debuted for the NXT brand, attacking new NXT Champion Drew McIntyre with Redragon. Cole is a former 3-time Ring of Honor World Champion, and has also held the ROH TV Title, PWG World Championship, among others. All three wrestlers were key components of the Ring of Honor roster for several years.
