"It's a little weird, I was getting used to Smackdown. I did not expect to be switched. I knew there was going to be some people switched but I was like 'that's not going to be me.' I was in Utah. I was going to be there till Sunday and I got called and had to leave to fly in early. I was like, 'I'm going to Raw? No way.' I thought I was just a Smackdown guy." said Ambrose.

Along with Ambrose, The Miz came to Raw. He and Ambrose had been feuding over the WWE Intercontinental Championship. Ambrose said he enjoyed his time on Smackdown and felt a part of a team.

"I was pretty happy about what we were able to do on Smackdown. It was one of the best, most fun runs of my career, because it was essentially a new show because it's live on Tuesday. Even though it's still Smackdown, it's a new thing," said Ambrose. "I think everyone over there took an ownership in it.  I know I did, you know 'Blue Team,''"  he added.

Recently on Raw, The Miz defeated Ambrose via disqualification in an WWE Intercontinental Championship match. Ambrose has held the championship since he won it from The Miz on Smackdown in January. Ambrose and The Miz will wrestle in a championship match at WWE Extreme Rules. Ambrose can not retain his championship in the case of a disqualification. Also on the podcast was Jeff Hardy. He, Ambrose, and host Chris Jericho covered several topics including Ambrose's opinion of the "Broken" Hardys.
