Well. it looks like it's finally official.
Miss All Red Everything herself is now a former WWE Superstar.
Eva Marie, who had a tumultuous few years on the WWE and NXT rosters with a gimmick of "terrible wrestler" or "doesn't want to wrestle, so comes up with elaborate ways to avoid wrestling", announced that she would be leaving WWE via her Twitter.
Eva Marie hasn't been seen on WWE TV since she failed a wellness test almost a year ago on August 18, 2016. But that 90 day suspension was up in November, and still, no Eva. Since her suspension, she has been keeping herself busy by acting in films, most of them co-starring Nicolas Cage.
It was reported back in April that she would be leaving once her contract with WWE was up, but we hadn't heard anything since. Now it's finally a reality.
Speaking of "reality," Eva was mostly famous for her antics on "Total Divas," the E! Network reality show that followed the exploits of WWE's female stars. It was confirmed recently that Eva will not be returning for Season 7.
WWE, as usual, wished Eva "all the best in her future endeavors."
Fightful echoes those sentiments.
