Former WWE Manager Named New Impact Wrestling Head Of Creative; Jeff Jarrett Gets New Title

The artist formerly known as Zeb Colter has a new canvas to paint on.

Dutch Mantel, who worked as a manager in WWE for many years, is now the head of creative over at TNA Impact Wrestling.

Also, the recently returned Jeff Jarrett has a new title; he is now Chief Creative Officer, and will oversee all aspects of the creative team.

John Gaburick, who used to hold the head of creative position, is staying on at Impact, but in a different role. He'll be a consultant, running Gorilla Position at the TV tapings.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, an e-mail was sent out to talent under contract informing them of the change.

Gaburick will not be involved with creative from this point on, although he will be providing feedback to the new team.

Meanwhile, Gaburick's former top writers are both gone from the company. David Lagana left TNA when Billy Corgan made his exit last November, and Matt Conway has also left the company, meaning the creative team has had a complete overhaul from this time last year.
