The Bellator MMA signing spree continues as the promotion has added ten fighters to their roster, continuing the expansive signings from Europe.
Of the ten signings, perhaps the most well known fighter is Galore Bofando, who had competed twice under the UFC banner. Bofando went 1-1-0 under the UFC banner, defeating Charlie Ward and suffering a defeat to Chad Laprise.
A series of Cage Warriors veterans were also signed to Bellator MMA, including Ashleigh Grimshaw, Lewis Long, Karl Moore and Malin Hermansson. Other signings include Dominique Wooding, Chris Bungard, Craig Turner, George Tokkos and Hatice Ozyurt. The lengths of each deal and the financial numbers haven’t been revealed at this time.
These newest signings are a culmination of a huge signing spree that Bellator MMA has been on in recent months. As the promotion inked 24 more fighters from Europe in late July, including UFC veteran Norman Parke, UFC veteran Paul Redmond, UFC veteran Richie Smullen, Cage Warriors veteran Tim Wilde, UFC veteran Jim Wallhead, Cage Warriors veteran John Redmond and Antonela Orlic.
There is no word yet on when any of these fighters will make their promotional debut and Bellator MMA doesn’t have any additional events slated for Europe at this time.
