Dustin Poirier confirms fight against Nate Diaz fight is nearly confirmed
After Dustin Poirier was defeated by Charles Oliveira at UFC 269, Poirier seemingly turned his attentions to getting back in the Octagon straight away as he suffered pretty much no damage in the title fight despite losing.
Poirier engaged in a war of words with Nate Diaz on social media and just days after the two exchanged words, the UFC president Dana White revealed that Poirier vs Diaz was a fight which the promotion were looking at making happen.
So after weeks of speculation about the fight, Poirier has finally confirmed that the bout between himself and the man from Stockton is nearly finalised for a UFC card in the near future.
See the tweet below from BT Sport to see what Poirier had to say on the situation.

Poirier clearly seems extremely excited about the challenge of facing Diaz and is a good fight for him coming off the back of another big loss in a title fight.
This would be the first time Diaz has fought since he was defeated by Leon Edwards. It is not yet known what weight the bout will be contested at.

Amanda Serrano offers to fight Valentina Shevchenko
One of the best female boxers alive Amanda Serrano has offered to cross over to the UFC and face Valentina Shevchenko if Dana White agrees to Jake Paul's latest offer.
Serrano might be one of the best in boxing but stepping into the Octagon and facing Shevchenko with pretty much no MMA experience would be extremely dangerous.
