A welterweight division math up is the latest addition to the UFC Fight Night Hamburg event as Emil Meek is going to be in action against Bartosz Fabinski.

Meek (9-3-1-1NC) has won just one of two fights under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Jordan Mein at UFC 206. Meek did sign with the UFC in 2016, but did defeat UFC veteran Rousimar Palhares by first round knockout just before signing with the promotion at Venator FC 3. Meek also went undefeated during his time as an amateur MMA fighter, with the majority of those bouts happening in the Fighter Gala promotion.

Fabinski (13-2-0) is currently undefeated in UFC competition, having defeated the duo of Garreth McClellan and Hector Urbina. Fabinski also returns to action for the first time in almost three years, with his last fight taking place at UFC Fight Night 78 in November of 2015. Fabinski hasn’t suffered a defeat in over four years, last falling to Wendres Carlos Da Silva at Pro MMA Challenge 1 in March of 2014.

UFC Fight Night Hamburg takes place on Sunday, July 22 from the Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg, Germany with Volkan Oezdemir and Mauricio Rua headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox Sports 1.
