Islam Makhachev was scheduled to face Rafael Dos Anjos at UFC Vegas 14, but the fighter suffered an injury and was pulled from the card.
That was the second time the bout was canceled or postponed, as their original encounter at UFC 254 was pulled after RDA tested positive for COVID-19. Despite not getting the chance to face RDA at UFC Vegas 14, Makhachev wants to finish his business with the former lightweight champion.
Makhachev posted the following on Twitter:

Paul Felder wound up replacing Makhachev against Dos Anjos, but Dos Anjos still walked away from the encounter with a split decision win on that night.
There has been no response yet from Dos Anjos, who is now ranked ahead of Makhachev in the UFC lightweight division rankings.
