A welterweight division attraction is the latest addition to UFC Fight Night 108 as #12 Jake Ellenberger will be seeing action against Mike Perry.
Ellenberger (31-12-0) has won just two of his last eight under the UFC banner, with those two wins coming over Josh Koscheck and Matt Brown. Ellenberger is coming off of a loss to Jorge Masvidal at the UFC Ultimate Fighter 24 Finale after he got his foot stuck in the cage wall. Two of Ellenberger's last six losses came to former champions in former UFC Welterweight Champion Robbie Lawler and former Strikeforce Welterweight Champion Tarec Saffiedine.
Perry (9-1-0) has won two of three fights in the UFC, defeating Hyun Gyu Lim and Danny Roberts, while suffering a lone defeat to Alan Jouban at UFC On Fox 22. Perry has seen only one of his ten professional MMA fights have gone the distance, which was the aforementioned loss to Alan Jouban. Perry has seen six of his nine wins come by first round finish.
UFC Fight Night 108 takes place on Saturday, April 22 from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee with Cub Swanson and Artem Lobov headlining.
