Former UFC heavyweight champion Josh Barnett has been a professional MMA fighter for over 23 years, but now he is transitioning to bare-knuckle fighting.
Barrett will make his bare-knuckle debut against MMA star faces Marcin Rozalski at Genesis on Friday, October 23. Genesis is a bare-knuckle boxing event being put together by Maciej Kawulski, who is the co-founder of the KSW MMA promotion out of Poland.

The former UFC heavyweight champion has achieved 10 professional MMA wins by way of KO/TKO. Rozalski has a total of four victories as a professional MMA fighter by way of KO/TKO. Barnett is still under contract to Bellator, but he has yet to debut for the promotion and he hasn’t competed in a fight of any kind in over four years.
