A women’s flyweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo according to Combate as Ariane Lipski is in action against Priscila Cachoeira.
Lipski (11-5-0) is winless thus far under the UFC banner, dropping bouts to the duo of Joanne Calderwood and Molly McCann. Lipski is a former KSW MMA Women’s Flyweight Champion, defeating Silvana Gomez Juarez at KSW 42 to claim the gold. Lipski hasn’t picked up a victory in over a year, with that win at KSW 42 coming in March of 2018.
Cachoeira (8-3-0) is also winless thus far in her UFC tenure, dropping bouts to the trio of Valentina Shevchenko, Molly McCann and Luana Carolina. Cachoeira hasn’t picked up a victory in over two years, with that last win coming against Rosy Duarte at Hipnose Fight Night 3 in September of 2017. Cachoeira has competed a total of eleven times as a professional MMA fighter and more than half of those fights went the distance.
UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo takes place on Saturday, November 16 from the Ibirapueroa Gymnasium in Sao Paulo, Brazil with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
