A heavyweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Nashville according to Flo Combat as #4 Curtis Blaydes is going to be in action against #10 Justin Willis.
Blaydes (10-2-0-1NC) has won four of his last five under the UFC banner, but is coming off of a loss to Francis Ngannou in the main event of UFC Fight Night Beijing. Blaydes has suffered two losses as a professional MMA fighter, with both coming in UFC competition and both coming against the aforementioned Ngannou. Blaydes has won just one of four bouts held on Fight Night cards, with that lone win coming over Cody East at UFC Fight Night 96.
Willis (8-1-0) is currently undefeated thus far in his UFC journey, having defeated the four pack of James Mulheron, Allen Crowder, Chase Sherman and Mark Hunt. Willis will enter the contest on an eight fight winning streak and he hasn’t suffered a defeat in over six years. Willis has picked up eight victories as a professional MMA fighter, with four coming by KO/TKO and four coming by way of decision.
