A lightweight division attraction may be coming to UFC Fight Night Lincoln according to Marcel Dorff of MMA DNA as Drew Dober faces Jon Tuck.
Dober (19-8-0-1NC) has won four of his last five under the UFC banner, with those victories coming over Scott Holtzman, Jason Gonzalez, Josh Burkman and Frank Camacho. Dober also competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 15, losing in the opening round of the reality show to Daron Cruickshank. Dober has suffered four losses in the UFC thus far, with two of those coming to previous TUF champions in Efrain Escudero and Olivier Aubin-Mercier.
Tuck (10-4-0) has won just one of his last three in the UFC, while that lone victory came over Takanori Gomi at UFC Fight Night Singapore. Tuck is also returning to action for the first time in over a year, as his last bout took place in June of 2017. Tuck has also suffered a total of four defeats as a professional MMA fighter, with all of those losses coming by way of decision.
UFC Fight Night Lincoln takes place on Saturday, August 25 from the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska with Justin Gaethje and Al Iaquinta headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox Sports 1.
