A welterweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Wichita according to Combate as #14 Elizeu Zaleski Dos Santos is in action against Curtis Millender.
Dos Santos (20-5-0) enters the contest on the strength of a six fight winning streak, last defeating Luigi Vendramini at UFC Fight Night Sao Paulo. Dos Santos hasn’t suffered a defeat in over three years and that last loss came against Nicolas Dalby at UFC Fight Night 67. Dos Santos has picke dup twenty wins as a professional MMA fighter and fourteen of them have come by way of KO/TKO.
Millender (17-3-0) is undefeated thus far under the UFC banner, having defeated the trio of Thiago Alves, Max Griffin and Siyar Bahadurzada. Millender also hasn’t suffered a defeat in over three years, with his last loss coming against Eddie Mendez as Fight Night At The Sportsmen’s Lodge 4. Millender has seen twelve of his professional MMA bouts go the distance and the fighter won eleven of those encounters.
UFC Fight Night Wichita takes place on Saturday, March 9 from the Intrust Bank Arena in Wichita, Kansas with Derrick Lewis and Junior Dos Santos headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which steams live on ESPN+.
