Report: Kevin Holland Faces John Phillips At UFC Fight Night Beijing

A middleweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night Beijing according to Holland himself as Kevin Holland is going to be in action against John Phillips.

Holland (12-4-0) is currently winless under the UFC banner, having dropped a bout to Thiago Santos via unanimous decision at UFC 227. Holland also competed on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series Episode 9, defeating Will Santiago Jr. by unanimous decision. Holland has suffered four defeats as a professional MMA fighter and three of those losses have come by way of decision.

Phillips (21-7-0-1NC) is also winless thus far during his UFC journey, having dropped a bout to Charles Byrd via first round submission at UFC Fight Night London. Phillips has competed twenty nine times as a professional MMA fighter and only one of those bouts went to the judges scorecards. Phillips has suffered seven losses as a professional MMA fighter and six of those defeats have come against current and/or past UFC fighters.
