A bantamweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night London according to MMA Fighting as Nathaniel Wood is going to be in action against Jose Quinonez.
Wood (15-3-0) is currently undefeated under the UFC banner, having defeated the duo of Johnny Eduardo and Andre Ewell. Wood enters the contest on the strength of a seven fight winning streak and he hasn’t suffered a defeat in almost three years. Wood has seen just two of his professional MMA bouts go the distance and the fighter won both of those encounters.
Quinonez (7-2-0) enters the contest on the strength of a four fight winning streak, defeating the four pack of Leonardo Morales, Joey Gomez, Diego Rivas and Teruto Ishihara. Quinonez made it to the finals of the UFC Ultimate Fighter Latin America 1, but lost to Alejandro Perez in that final bout. Quinonez has picked up seven wins as a professional MMA fighter and more than half of them have come by way of submission.
