A lightweight division attraction is the latest addition to the UFC Fight Night Hamburg card according to GNP1.de as Nick Hein is going to be fighting Damir Hadzovic.
Hein (14-3-0-1NC) has won four of six bouts under the UFC banner, but is coming off of a submission loss to Davi Ramos at UFC 224. Hein has seen five of his six bouts in the UFC go the distance, with the one that didn’t being the aforementioned loss at UFC 224. Hein hasn’t picked up a victory in almost two years, with that last win coming over Tae Hyun Bang at UFC Fight Night 93.
Hadzovic (11-4-0) has won just one of three bouts thus far in UFC competition, with that victory coming over Marcin Held at UFC Fight Night 109. Hadzovic has suffered a total of four losses as a professional MMA fighter, be he has yet to be defeated by way of submission. Hadzovic also competed twice in the Cage Warriors promotion, where he holds a win over UFC veteran John Maguire.
UFC Fight Night Hamburg takes place on Sunday, July 22 from the Barclaycard Arena in Hamburg, Germany with Volkan Oezdemir and Mauricio Rua headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be announced.
