Former UFC Welterweight Champion and UFC Hall Of Fame member Pat Miletich found himself on the wrong side of the law this week after being arrested and charged with a DWI.

This is the second time that Miletich has been arrested for a DWI in the last two years, with the last arrest coming in 2018. Miletich would be forced to complete one year on unsupervised probation for that DWI, which the former fighter completed.

Miletich is scheduled to compete in a kickboxing match in approximately three weeks against Michael Nunn, it is unknown if Miletich’s latest arrest will put that bout into jeopardy. Miletich is also expected to be in the broadcast booth for some LFA events this month, but those could be in jeopardy as well.

There has been no comment from Miletich at this time about his second DWI arrest in two years.
