No Fight of the Night bonuses were handed out at UFC Fight Night: Lewis vs. Olenik, instead four fighters went home with $50,000 bonuses for Performance of the Night.
Canadians Andrew Sanchez and Gavin Tucker each took home $50,000 on Saturday, as did Darren Stewart and Kevin Holland. Sanchez obliterated Wellington Turman with a first-round knockout; meanwhile, Tucker tapped Justin Jaynes with a rear-naked choke after putting on a striking clinic. Stewart, who had eight career knockouts heading into his fight with Maki Pitolo, earned his first career submission with a high-elbow guillotine. Finally, Holland floored Joaquin Buckley early in round three to line his pockets with serious cash.
Beneil Dariush (19-4-1) was a shoo-in for Performance of the Night after scoring a Thanos-like spinning back fist knockout of Scott Holtzman to open the main card. Unfortunately, Dariush missed weight and was ineligible for the honor.
